Maximiliano Tineo (b. 1988), is an Argentinian visual artist based in Paris (France), resident at the Paris Print Club.

For years he has used photography, text and the publishing of fanzines and photozines to explore notions linked to migration, uprooting, belonging and the concept of home. His latest project on these subjects, “hearth”, shortlisted and finalist in several competitions and festivals, has been awared with the Boîte Book Award 2024 (IT) and published by Studio Boîte, Milano, Italy, in 2025.

Today, immersed in a documentary approach and have been guided by the photographers Max Pincers and Laura El-Tantawy, he is developing his new project “El Rey Blanco” (The White King), a work developed between Bolivia and Argentina, about colonialism and extractivism in Latin America, in which he also ventures into sculpture, image plastic interventions and pre-film photographic techniques to enrich his discourse.
